Simply ‘One’derful | Atlanta Baby Photographer

Yesterday I visited little Miss Laura Beth and her parents.  She just recently turned one and was one of *the* most cooperative little ones I have ever photographed.  She was happy the entire time and had the best little disposition.  I wanted to sneak her in to my camera bag and bring her home with me.  She was quite the character and already has a fantastic sense of humor.  She had the most amazing light blue eyes!  Here are a few to share from our morning together…

For this shot I said raise your hand if you just turned one and then she did and showed me how old she was….ok not really but I loved how she was holding one finger up! ;)

What is the best part about a portrait session with me?  Why it’s the reflector that sounds like a DJ scratching vinyl.  Yep we did a little DJ’ing and playing around with the reflector.  Toddlers *LOVE* my reflector!  Here’s a outtake from our playtime with it.

Choo Choo Ben is Two! | Atlanta Children’s Photographer

On Saturday I traveled to Smyrna to photograph a very special birthday party for my new little friend Ben.  He LOVES trains, so his party of course had a train theme.  But wait….not only did he have a train theme, he had a real little train that gave all of the children rides around the neighborhood!  Ok I want to be two because that was the coolest thing ever.  Although Ben wasn’t so sure about that train, but he enjoyed watching it come and go and I think he decided to ride it too.  There were so many beautiful children at Ben’s party and I think they all had such a blast.  Ben’s Mommy is a wonderful party planner, I even told her she should think about doing that as a service for others, she has a really good eye for detail.

Two of my good friends emailed me a link to *the* coolest little program ever.  The best part…it’s FREEEEEE!!!  I made this collage in just under a minute by opening up a few client folders and putting the images in to the program.  How cool is that?  You can even do custom shapes (hmm I’m thinking my logo would be good to use!).  You can download the program here.  I chose the heart because I love all of my wonderful clients!   Have fun creating your own collage.
