Happy Halloween!

I hope all of you have a safe and wonderful Halloween tonight!  Don’t eat too much candy and be sure and put the chocolate at the bottom of the bowl so if you are left with candy it will be the yummy stuff. ;-)   (just kidding!)

Here are my two little trick-or-treaters!  Email me a photo of your little ones, I would love to see them!

Alice In Wonderland and a Skeleton who said he didnt like wearing his mask because (and I quote) “It hides my cool hair Mom, people can’t see it,”  oh boy, he’s only seven, I’m going to be in trouble when he’s a teenager.

New Kids on the Block – Atlanta

Last night my friend Josh and I went to the New Kids On the Block concert here in Atlanta.  Oh my goodness, they were AWESOME and I think everyone in the audience had a sore throat and probably couldn’t hear well after leaving the show, the audience was so excited and LOUD!!!  Natasha Bedingfield & Lady Gaga opened for them and they were really good too.  I’m telling you, it is just not fair how well men age compared to women.  Jordan, Joey, Donnie, Danny & Jon were even cuter than they were back in the New Kids on the Block heyday.  We had the best time, we danced, screamed, sang, yelled, cheered and partied the entire time.  The only bad thing from that is how much my feet hurt now!  To all my blog readers in other cities who are going (and you know who you are) you are going to have so much fun!  I wish I could go again!

Here’s a little clip from the show last night, we had great seats!

On this one you can see Jordan looking right at me, yep he was singing to me!  It’s a song about taking photographs, see I told you he was singing to me! ;)

It’s Fall Ya’ll | Atlanta Children’s Photographer

See now that I am back in the south I don’t stick out like a sore thumb when I say ya’ll.  I still said it during my 11 years in LA and it would immediately be followed by the question, oh you aren’t from LA are you?

Fall here in Atlanta is BEAUTIFUL!  The weather is crisp and so are the leaves, everything is golden and just gorgeous.  Yes I’m still behind on my blogging (what else is new right?) so I decided to put several of my recent cuties all in one big post.

I told ya’ll that I’m declaring myself Atlanta’s official twin photographer right?  Another set of twins and their little brother, these little guys were so much fun and look how cute they look!

Look at these curls on this toddler boy, oh my goodness and those chocolate brown eyes. PERFECT!

This little one flew in from Los Angeles for her photo shoot!  I’ll be photographing her when I’m in LA next month at her home there.  She was so sassy, I loved it!

Look at how sweet this little one is with his beautiful Mommy.  I love their fall colors they are wearing!

This handsome little guy was so polite and sweet, such a good boy.

And last but not least a beautiful maternity client who is having a baby girl this week!!!

Patti - Such beautiful work... love the variety here. :)

Julia - These are all FABULOUS!!! Did I ever tell you, I didn't say "y'all" until I moved to Boston, of all places? Of course I can't live without the word now... it's indispensible, and much sweeter than saying "you guys"!

Laura Veraska - very very nice!! I love them all..beautiful

Julie - Wow...what a beautiful series of images! I love everyone one of them, but gotta admit...there is something about the sassy girl in white that just makes me smile!

PamN - These are all so different yet so beautiful! You really can do it all!

TonyaMarie - Looks like you are busy! And I can absolutely see why with your amazing images.

One + Twins | Atlanta Twin Photographer

I have so much stuff to share and I know I need to blog when people are emailing me making sure I’m alive.  Very alive and very busy!  Fall is the holiday portrait season rush and not to mention all of these beautiful babies being born in Atlanta, it’s my favorite time of the year.

Also one bit of business – I only have a couple of Los Angeles portrait sessions left for the week of November 10-16 so if you want one, book now!  I am going to be all over LA, quite a busy schedule during my week there!

Today I traveled to Cartersville and met this wonderful family bright and early, these little ones wake up at 6:00am every day (sounds like my two!) so we were outside with the chickens this morning.  They were such troopers because it was super cold outside, but that did not stop us from having fun.  Awesome awesome parents and incredibly cute children, what a wonderful way to start the day!  I think I am becoming the official Atlanta Twin photographer, just call me the twinographer! ;-)   I have so many great clients that all have twins.  Here are a few to share from our morning together:

Hey those pinwheels match my logo!

Hey Los Angeles…

First I have to confess to being a horrible blogger the past couple of weeks (like you haven’t noticed), I have some wonderful sessions to share and will catch up soon and post them for you to see.  Super cute babies & kids!

I am currently working on my schedule for Los Angeles portrait sessions in November.  Right now it’s looking like the 1st or 2nd week of November.  If you are interested in booking a LA shoot email me and I will give you the info and add you to the list.  Appointments will be given on a first contact first served basis, I already have quite a few of my current clients on the list so be sure and contact me asap if you are interested!

I don’t like to blog without adding a photo, so I’ll share one I took for my Grandmother.  She sent my daughter this dress and wanted me to photograph her in it, so here is the result.  I think I can count on one hand the number of seconds she co-operated with me while trying to do this, little stinker!

Hope you are all having a great weekend!!!

Carol - Your daughter and mine are cut from the same cloth!!! I got off two shots today and then spent the rest of my time trying to keep her from jumping and injuring herself (at the historic stone steps at the entrance to Percy Warner Park....remember those?). I don't know how you professionals do it. I guess it helps to have the parent along as a baby wrangler. After 30 minutes I was exhausted. I do love her expression and her eyes in this shot though. She is beautiful!!!

allie - that is a beautiful image of your daughter, gorgeous dress, too!

Marmalade - BEAUTIFUL girl. Lovely moment!! She looks so soft & pretty (and southern!! LOL) here. btw, TAG YOU'RE IT! :) xoxo

Terrilyn - Well, cooperative or not she is just stunning in that dress. I'm sure your grandmother will be thrilled!!

jen wilson - OOOh - welcome back (even if just for a week or two!) Wanna grab lunch??? jen :)

PamN - Love the bright yellow to balance the dress...her expression is perfect for this shot! Your grandma will be thrilled!

Kristina - Oh this is just gorgeous Angela! Your grandmother will be overjoyed. Your dd looks so peaceful here, ha ha! PS--You've been tagged! See my blog for the details!

Shellie - Your daughter is cute, and I can so relate to you about how tough it is to photography my own kids!!
