FREE GAS FRIDAY!!!!

As most of you know during the week I work at a toy company, I get to photograph some of the cutest things ever, I love it – purses, hats, mittens, scarves, teddy bears, dinosaurs, all kinds of neat things. So this morning one of my co-workers parks her car at the very back of the building where the trucks come and go, it’s located right by the warehouse entrance. Someone noticed that the car had a drip pan under it so he asked the car owner if she had a leak, she said no. So they go out there and notice the strong smell of gas and some was on the ground. They called the fire department and they came out and looked under the car. Someone had drilled a hole in the top of the gas tank and the bottom and STOLE THE GAS FROM HER CAR! OMG! They said they had heard of this happening in other states since gas prices are so high now. I was surprised, I figured they would be targetting large SUV’s, trucks, etc. but apparently that’s not the case, she has a Honda Civic. What a crazy time we live in where people are doing that.

Anyway, to help you beat the high gas prices it is free gas Friday. Leave a comment below to win a $20 gas card (in some areas it will be a $25 card, just depends on what is available online). Be sure that your email address is correct so that I can contact you if you win. I’ll use a random number generator to pick the winner fair and square. Everyone is eligible – clients, photographers, random passers by. Here’s your chance to win. $20 would buy like 2 gallons of gas right now right?;)You have until midnight pacific time on Friday night to enter. Winner announced on Saturday! GOOD LUCK!

I had to get gas this morning and I used my iphone to take a picture of the price.  Not good, is it going to be $5 by Labor Day?

Stealing gas is soon going to be the norm. If ever a man deserved to have his butt kicked that would do it! Gas in Southwestern Lower MI. is $3.68 It’ll soon be cheaper to stay home and collect welfare.

angela maria roybal - May 21, 2008 - 11:20 am

I appreciate every organization that are offering free gas days, because every little helps right everything is so high even groceries are not just gas it makes a little easier if we can get free gas, especially like me single mother who just lost her job after accident, having really hard living on savings, and insurance money they gave me to replace car which wasn’t much, finishin my chiropractic therapy so I can find a job. Thanks again, God Bless.
