I’m bumping this back up to the top as I’ve had some emails asking about it and some were not seeing it, so here it is!

I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, but I’ve been so busy I just kept pushing it down my list of things to do, so I’m finally taking a moment to post it.    Do you know someone that deserves a portrait session but might not be able to afford it?  Is someone having a tough time and needs something to boost their confidence, cheer them up or just make life a little better?  I’m always inspired when I watch shows like Extreme Home Makeover or see how people try and touch someone elses life in a time of need.  I know a portrait session won’t change the world, but bringing smiles and a little joy for someone going through a tough time sure wouldn’t hurt.

You can nominate a friend, family, co-worker, even yourself, as long as the person is deserving the nomination will be allowed.  You can email your nominations to me at angela@angelacalderon.com . Please be sure to include your name, your email and your phone number as well as the name of the person you are nominating, phone number and story of why you are nominating the person.   Please be sure to be detailed in your description of why you think your person should win!

The person that is chosen will receive a complimentary portrait session, a DVD slideshow of the proofed images and a album of all of the proofed session images.  This is valued at $1200 based on my current pricing.

I hope that everyone will take the time to nominate someone that you think is deserving.  The person must live in the Los Angeles / Orange County area or be willing to travel to LA /OC for the portrait session.  Remember I have photographed people of all ages so it doesn’t have to be a child.
